NACR Joins Aura Alliance
World’s biggest Avaya partner joins world’s biggest Avaya partnership.

London, UK - 22.08.11 - For immediate release:
The Aura Alliance today announced the recruitment of its latest member, NACR, the US-based Avaya Platinum Channel Partner and seven-time Avaya BusinessPartner of the Year.

NACR brings the resources and skills of over six hundred employees operating out of fifty seven US locations and joins existing Alliance members in the US and Canada to accomplish full service coverage across North America. With a design and implementation team of more than 200 employees, NACR will be instrumental in maintaining the levels of service and support demanded by the Alliance’s multi-national clients having operations in the USA.

Tony Parish, Aura Alliance CEO, highlights the importance of NACR’s membership within the Alliance:

“NACR’s national organisation fills important gaps in our USA coverage but, as with all members, it is the quality of NACR’s skills and experience that is most important to the Aura Alliance.”

“Invariably, Alliance customers are large, international organisations that demand flawless deployment of complex communications systems across countries differing in their service levels, pricing and languages. Managing projects like these needs the highest levels of Avaya accreditation, extensive experience in converged networks and people you can work with. NACR ticks all these boxes”.

NACR Sales Director, Bret Lathrop, explains why Aura Alliance membership has been an important strategic decision:

“Over recent years, we have witnessed the coming together of important changes in market conditions. Mergers and acquisitions have dispersed organisations globally and, in the wake of the recession, more businesses are seeking new markets abroad. At the same time, unified communications has matured and now brings enhanced productivity to organisations operating globally and to individuals working remotely.”

“The Aura Alliance addresses these requirements with a service that is consistent throughout the world, taking the pain out of multinational deployments. It’s important to our clients, so it’s important to us. Our membership of the Alliance has come at exactly the right time.”

NACR brings the Aura Alliance’s membership to forty-one, achieving global access to more than 80 countries and the largest Avaya user-base served by a single organisation. Tony Parish explains why size matters:

“Fully global coverage is vital to the Alliance. For many of our clients, the developing economies represent important markets and smaller countries are operationally strategic. Naturally, we need a presence in the G20 nations but there’s no point in offering a service that doesn’t cover all the bases.”

“With a country the size of the USA, the issue is compounded. NACR fills the gaps in our coverage and provides additional resource in a region where there is vast demand for Avaya systems.”
