Randstad’s workpocket is produced to support proactive management of human resources

Randstad’s workpocket 2011/12 proves to be essential guide for education sector

Since its launch earlier this Summer, Randstad’s 9th annual workpocket has already established itself as this year’s most valuable resource for HR departments and on 5th September 2011, the beginning of the new academic year, it will be launched to the education sector.

Written by leading employment professionals, Randstad’s latest workpocket gives practical advice and actionable answers to give schools guidance and support regarding key issues which could be on their agenda.

Crucial topics addressed include securing the right talent for your school, managing attendance and sickness and perhaps most importantly, understanding and managing the impact of the forthcoming Agency Workers Regulations (AWR), which come into force within the month, on 1st October this year.

Patrick Maloney, Randstad Education UK managing director, says; “Randstad Education has been working closely with schools to understand some of the big issues they are facing this coming academic year. Randstad’s workpocket is produced to support proactive management of human resources and for AWR Randstad Education has developed a unique solution designed to help manage costs and continuity, whilst supporting raising standards.”
