Commercial Operations Director at Telecoms firm, TalkTalk, is leaving the company to join social enterprise call centre business, Call Britannia.
Richard Parsons starts with Call Britannia this week as Commercial Director working alongside Stephen Jacobs and Sarah Anderson CBE.
Richard, who has spent his career working for Telecom and Communication companies including Carphone Warehouse, NTL and Cable and Wireless, comments; “The Call Britannia role is a fantastic opportunity. I have a lot of experience through working with outsourcers running CRM and quality assurance programmes and it is always the people that make the difference.
