Peldon Rose Designs Office Space with a View Tuesday 11 October 2011 PDF Print The new serviced offices are of a high quality design and as well as being ultra-functional are a joy to work in Award-winning workplace consultants Peldon Rose, has completed the design and build of three floors at the spectacular Euston Tower, London, enabling smaller companies to take advantage of this iconic building. Office Space, a provider of serviced offices, appointed Peldon Rose to design Floors 32, 33 and 34 of the Tower. The brief was to create a professional and welcoming working environment that makes the most of the views and to create common spaces that tenants could meet in. Giles Fuchs, Office Space, said: ''The new serviced offices are of a high quality design and as well as being ultra-functional are a joy to work in ’’. The three floors have different levels of density: With a similar layout, Floors 32 and 33 can accommodate 125 people over a 10,000 sq.ft plate. Floor 34, at just over 3,800 sq.ft, provides space for 93 people. A key objective for Peldon Rose was to put together a flexible open office plan, able to satisfy tenants with different needs and requirements whilst maximising the natural light and the views of the city. Special attention was also made to the selection of interior finishes, particularly in the reception areas, breakout areas, meeting rooms and other areas with public access. Jitesh Patel, Peldon Rose Chief Executive Officer, said: ''We believe that an office building must be functional, safe, comfortable and accessible and should generate a feel good factor. Euston Tower, with its modern build and large windows allowed us to design an office space that utilises the building’s best attributes to create a professional and elegant office environment.'' Serviced offices are becoming increasingly popular amongst businesses thanks to their numerous financial and practical benefits. These can include an ‘all inclusive’ service where for a fixed price tenants can expect to receive everything they might need to run a business, as well as a more flexible lease that allows companies to contract or expand, something that is increasingly important in today’s fast moving economy. - Ends- Further information and pictures from Zenobie Syrett and Francesca Scarampi E: email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org T: 020 7738 0722 Notes to editors: About Peldon Rose: Peldon Rose is a London based work place solutions company which designs office spaces for companies such as Google, Tullow Oil and Conde Nast.
