Lizzie Cundy remembers Anne Boleyn

it's like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders

TV-presenter Lizzie Cundy, currently making an appearance on Channel 4's 'Celebrity Coach Trip'; sheds light on a regal secret; she was once a royal Tudor Queen.

Ex-Wag Lizzie, after 16 years of marriage parted ways with her footballer husband Jason Cundy and recently turned to an unlikely source for solace - Past-Life Regression.

The mother of two comments “after the break-up I felt my life was falling apart. I was curious to know if a past-life experience could shed light on relationships now”.

As Lizzie was guided into a deeply relaxed state by Regression therapist Nicolas Aujula, the images in her mind started to become clear to reveal the life of Anne Boleyn, the 2nd wife of Henry VIII. Propelled to help her family rise in society, the TV-presenter described in detail her desperation as Anne to be queen, luring the fiery Henry into marriage.

The union proved to be a far cry from the glamorous life coveted and was a constant source of anxiety;“I'm forever walking on eggshells, why is nothing I do ever good enough” she cried; always feeling trapped by trying to constantly please the King. Unable to produce a male heir the King set to drive her into paranoia and plotted death that ended in a harrowing execution on 19 May 1536.

Two hours into the past life session had passed effortlessly, however Lizzie felt she had lived a lifetime. She says “I felt so relieved by the regression, it's like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders”. The ex-WAG goes on to explain how she'd always been in awe of Jason and how he was the one always making the decisions in the relationship, the feeling of walking on eggshells and needing to please in love felt so familiar.

Lizzie was able to make the comparisons between being Anne Boleyn in a past life and being a wife of a footballer in the limelight. She felt she was repeating an old life experience - bowing down to one of the most powerful men in history, a pattern she would not continue to repeat in this lifetime now.

Past-life expert Nicolas Aujula explains “It's clear that Lizzie has brought back old relationship dynamics regarding self-worth and power. By letting go of these, I feel she has now re-discovered her own voice and ability to be assertive”.

With the anxiety of the past finally gone, the life of Anne Boleyn has given Lizzie Cundy renewed confidence and an understanding to balance her power and not give it away; she concludes “Where men are concerned, it's always best to keep your head screwed on”!
