The survey found that System Administrators were the most difficult to find (27.9%) with Network Managers in second place (22.7%). Telecommunications Manager was the easiest role to fill, with only 7.1% of respondents citing they were having problem finding applicable talent. The survey highlights the difficulty of finding new IT talent specifically in the vital network support roles. System Administrators and Network Managers are paramount to mitigate network downtime and take remedial action in time to prevent loss of availability and ensure business continuity.
