With the market continuing to prove challenging for house builders and house buyers alike, id modern stairparts are continuing their ”don’t miss a step” campaign to encourage higher standards that excite prospective buyers.

As the housing market has become increasingly competitive, Stoke on Trent based stairparts manufacturer Clive Durose has noticed that instead of pushing the staircase as a major design feature and crucial selling point for customers, many builders actually see the staircase as an area to cut costs, opting for lower quality stairparts.
