Synuron is a social enterprise that offers membership to organisations working in the health, social care and charity sectors. Membership provides access to benefits including innovative technology, knowledge and a support network to help them save money by improving their recruitment processes.

Linda Dyson, Deputy Director of Organisational Development and Workforce at West London Mental Health NHS Trust, said, “As a Synuron member we will be accessing a range of benefits including a next-generation e-Recruitment system, trust-branded jobs board and an e-Disclosure tool . We’re constantly looking for new, innovative ways to streamline our HR and recruitment processes and have faith that this investment with Synuron will allow us to do exactly that”.

She added, “This membership will allow us access to a variety of high-tech, innovative systems and solutions that we’ve identified as being crucial to transforming our recruitment operations as they currently stand. We believe that the implementation of Synuron benefits will help us be more cost and time efficient whilst still providing a high quality service to our managers, candidates and ultimately our patients. We’re dedicated to employing the highest calibre of staff and are looking forward to doing this in a more economic, professional manner moving forwards”.

Marilyn Gardner from Synuron, commented, “It’s great to have West London Mental Health NHS Trust on board as a Synuron member. Initial work for rolling out some of the membership benefits is already taking place, they’re now up and running with the Synuron e-Disclosure and they will be using our e-Recruitment before the end of the year”.
