Eight-issue frequency confirmed

LONDON (15 February 2012): National Geographic Traveller (UK) has reached a milestone of over 25,000 subscribers and would like to thank all its new readers for contributing to its success. It is also happy to announce its increase in frequency (to eight issues) with an additional two special issues of Family planned in 2012 (on sale in May and December).

Matthew Jackson, Managing Director, National Geographic Traveller, said: “Reaching the 25,000 subscription-mark is a superb milestone for us, and coincides with our announcement to increase frequency following a hugely successful first year following the title’s launch. We’re looking forward to being able broaden our content offering through both our magazine and our website this year.”

The details:

• The new frequency and schedule will be as follows:
For 2012: Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun, July/Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov/Dec.
For 2013: Jan/Feb 2013, Mar, Apr, May/Jun, July/Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov Dec.

• To support the increase in frequency a superb new subscription offer has been introduced: £13.60 for eight issues (and a free gift) see below.

• With two additional special bi-annual Family issues planned — Summer 2012 and Spring 2013 — subscribers can add the two issues to their subscription for an extra £1.
