Leading Hong Kong-based IP telephony specialists, Expert Systems IVR (Asia), has recently become one of the newest members of the Aura Alliance – the world’s largest Avaya global partnership. With subsidiary offices located across China, Taiwan, the Philippines and Indonesia, ESI’s appointment bolsters the Asia-Pacific presence of the Alliance and takes the total number of worldwide members to 43.
