Tight integration between these systems provides a socially enabled platform for insurance companies and vehicle manufacturers.

Kevin Wallis-Eade, Director of SaaSinsure Ltd commented, “Social networks offer great opportunity to insurers and customers alike, and as customer expectations have evolved rapidly through the use of social media we believe that companies that take advantage of this demand will be the ones who not only get ahead but create ‘stickier’ longer-term relationships with their customers. We are committed to helping insurance companies stand out from their competitors in a crowded and price-sensitive market, and aim to help businesses become a truly Social Enterprises.”

Analysts have predicted that in the next few years five things will transform much of the insurance industry: social media, systems integration, collaboration, mobile and cloud technology. SaaSinsure Ltd has been created in response to these trends, and will help companies engage effectively with their customers, and build and maintain a strong brand.

Richard Holway, Chairman of TechMarketView LLP, the leading research and analyst firm for the technology market comments: “This type of solution is long overdue and something that the insurance market should embrace. I was impressed by the calibre of companies attending the event and also what SaaSinsure can deliver.
