THE CO-OPERATIVE FUNERALCARE INVESTS IN DRIFFIELD
A new funeral home has opened to serve the needs of bereaved families in Driffield.
The Co-operative Funeralcare has opened a new funeral home in the Spencer Centre on Mill Street.
It features two chapels of rest, a private funeral arranging room and a reception area all decorated in warm, pastel colours in a bid to make the funeral home more welcoming and less intimidating.
Supporting families will be funeral arranger Lisa Grewer who previously worked at The Co-operative Funeralcare in Walkergate, Beverley, and Funeral Director Graham Templeman.
Manager Brian Taylor said: “While this is a new venture for us in Driffield our funeral staff bring with them a great deal of experience in helping bereaved families in east Yorkshire.
“We also have a beautiful and welcoming new funeral home which will help us to provide a high quality service to local people and the surrounding communities.”
