Richard Asquith, Kantar Media Audiences

20 June 2012 – London, UK – Kantar Media, the leading provider of media market research and competitive intelligence, has appointed Richard Asquith as Global CEO of Kantar Media Audiences.

He will transfer from his current role as CEO of Kantar Media’s TGI & Custom division in August and succeeds Richard Marks who will be leaving the company to set up his own consultancy business.

Asquith has been involved in media and marketing research for over 25 years. In his current role he has had responsibility for developing Kantar Media’s international network of TGI studies, now present in 68 countries. Prior to this he was Managing Director of BMRB for five years, the company named UK agency of the year during his tenure. He is a member of the Executive Editorial Board of the International Journal of Market Research and the programme committee for the biennial Print and Digital Research Forum (formerly the Worldwide Readership Research Symposium).
