The retailer is now able to manage stock levels more closely ensuring stock is used to best meet customer demand. More automated processes mean that the head office system and the EPOS systems are now fully synchronized with the retailer’s website www.flannelsfashion.com

In addition the website has been refreshed with more editable content, which is better for Search Engine Optimisation and also makes it more compelling for customers. There are improved filters to help customers navigate to products more quickly and social networking features encouraging visitors to engage with the website. For repeat visitors the system automatically displays their favourite social networks.
