London, United Kingdom, 4th September 2012: Sceneric, a leading web & e-commerce consultancy, today announced the appointment of Christian Howes to the newly created position of customer success director.

Howes has over 15 years’ of digital marketing experience which will be invaluable in helping Sceneric's numerous clients evolve and grow in response to increasing opportunities driven by digital media. The role of customer success director has been created to ensure the smooth project management of existing contracts, and to help identify additional ways that Sceneric can help clients get the most from their e-commerce websites.

Prior to joining Sceneric, Howes worked in the mobile space powering brands such as the Evening Standard, The Independent and the New York Daily News. Howes also worked for Webtrends, a digital analytics company for a number of years enabling an array of clients to gain value from data, these included: ASOS, Barclays, Allsaints, Lloyds Banking Group,, The Telegraph and KLM.

In his spare time Christian provides social media analysis and punditry for TV shows, including The National Lottery on BBC1 and Big Brother on Channel5.
