We must be doing something right if customers like us

Future State of Digital

A small family business in Rawtenstall is going up against the big guns of computer hardware supply, by matching or beating their prices in order to grow their brand. And it seems the customers are simply loving it!

These austere times mean consumers are even more sensitive to price than ever before, and that’s if they want to spend any money at all. Fierce PC are making sure they keep their customers happy by constantly reviewing their pricing on items such as hard drives, motherboards and graphics cards in order to beat the likes of Scan, eBuyer and Maplin who are renowned as the big players in the cost-cutting technology market. We must be doing something right if customers like us

The company has then asked its customers for feedback on its service level, support and delivery, and has been overwhelmed with positivity - scoring an average of 4.9 stars out of 5. This tallies with their 99.9% feedback score on eBay which pleases owner Jon Carter: "This suggests we must be doing something right if customers like us, as we bid to grow the customer base overall. There are too many faceless suppliers out there - we like to make sure our customers choose the right product to fit with their PC".

Fierce PC's most popular products have been the hard drives from Seagate and Western Digital (despite a worldwide shortage in 2012), and their digital CCTV systems from manufacturers such as Swann and Storage Options. The range extends to monitors, gaming keyboards, and even Custom PCs - built to suit home theatre installations or hardcore gamers.

All this has meant that Fierce PC has grown staff and customer numbers during hard times for the economy – a refreshing change.
