Free No Deposit Bingo, formally known as Sunlight Bingo, is running a competition to crown the Best Bingo Hall in the UK and Ireland. The website, which is one of the leading bingo information sites, opened public voting to find the ten nominations that would compete to win the accolade. Now all votes have been counted, the clubs have been announced and the public can vote once again for who they feel should win the accolade, along with a trophy commemorate the fantastic achievement.
The nominees include;

• The Apollo Bingo Club in Rhyl, Wales – This Grade 2 listed building is one of the oldest theatre buildings in the UK, and is rumoured amongst locals to be haunted.
• Mecca Mayfair in Leeds, England – The on-site bar and friendly staff makes this club the ideal choice for an affordable and fun filled night out.
• The London Palace in London, England – Based at the top of the Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre in the English capital, this massive hall can seat up to 2,000 players.
• Bootle Castle Bingo Club in Liverpool, England – The refurbished bingo hall is located in the heart of the community and is regarded as the “best looking bingo club in Liverpool.”
• Cosmo Bingo Hall in Stalybridge, England – The club in Greater Manchester received publicity recently for their wedding licence which allows bingo fanatics to hold ceremonies in the hall.
• Castle Bingo Club in Birmingham, England – The second entrant from Castle Bingo, this club has been completely refurbished and even offers customers a first class Diamond Service.
• Beacon Bingo Hall in Loughborough, England – With 30 years in the industry, Beacon bingo gives players a comfortable atmosphere, fitted with air con along with bar and dining facilities.
• Gala Bingo Hall in Inverclyde, Scotland – Dubbed by locals as “the Plaza”, this building enjoys a rich history spanning back to 1939 and was even used as a canteen during war time.
• Riva Bingo in Aberdeen, Scotland – This £4 million building has a beautiful burgundy and oak interior and is located right on the beach front for stunning seaside scenes.
• National Stadium Bingo in Dublin, Ireland – The stadium setting offers the largest bingo games in Ireland with a total capacity of 2,000 players.

With only around 300 bingo halls left in the UK, and increasing pressures being felt from online bingo competitors and the financial climate, Free No Deposit Bingo has recognised these ten clubs for their beautiful settings, friendly staff and exceptional services.

Staff at the Mayfair Mecca club in Leeds were equally happy to hear of their nomination. Adrian Laurie, the General Manager of the hall, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been nominated for the Best Bingo Hall in the UK award. We have fantastic team members who go out of their way to make sure our customers have a great experience whenever they visit, so this is a testament to all their hard work. Of course, having such a great bunch of customers also helps as it makes our jobs so much easier and a lot of fun!”

The winner will be decided by public voting on the Free No Deposit Bingo website. Votes can be cast via Facebook likes, Tweets or comments on the page. Voting will close on October 12th and all votes will be counted and verified before the winner is announced on October 15th.
