Cure Leukaemia has always been a charity close to the heart of Rudell the Jewellers as the late Roundy Rudell was a trustee of the local charity. As in previous years Rudells are proud to support the charity's biggest fund raising event of the year, which celebrates the golden champions of 2012.

BBC radio and television presenter Phil Upton will be hosting the Cure Leukaemia Christmas Ball which will feature a charity auction and a chance for the guests to dance the night away to the music being played by Free Radio DJ Russ Morris.

Cure Leukaemia CEO James McLaughlin said, "We are truly honoured to receive this tremendous support from Rudell the Jewellers this year. It is local businesses like this that help us in our on-going battle to fund and care for leukaemia patients within the Midlands."

Jon Weston, Managing Director of Rudells comments, "When we were offered the opportunity to sponsor this year’s Cure Leukaemia Christmas Ball I said yes without hesitation. We have supported the charity for many years and having the opportunity to support this worthy cause at their major Christmas Ball is an honour and a privilege."

The money raised is invaluable in improving the patients and the family’s quality of life through extra re-search into new clinical treatments and the support that the charity offers.
