A unique property service that has helped dozens of people to move from homes that wouldn’t sell on the open market, is to spread across the UK.

The service has been tested for the last nine months in Northamptonshire by its creator, successful businessman Freddie Rayner.

And now he is opening the service at to other homeowners across the UK, who are stuck in the property trap.

“There are hundreds of thousands of people stuck in homes they no longer want, or unable to buy their first house because of the way the housing market has dramatically changed over the last five years,” Freddie explained.

“This service helps people to move on with their lives. I’ve developed a number of unique concepts that allow my team and I to help overcome the major problems that hold people back.”

Recent stats reveal how bad the housing market continues to be. A recent ITV documentary revealed 60 per cent of people wanting to move up the property chain have been stuck for more than a year. And 719,000 people are still in negative equity, despite a recent 13% drop.

Some of the solutions developed by Freddie’s firm – called The Rent To Buy Company – include:
• A scheme to link sellers with first time buyers who are struggling to get a mortgage
• A way for homeowners to sell their house for cash, within a few weeks (and with no estate agents involved)
• A service to profitably sell a house that is in negative equity

Freddie added: “Of course, none of these services are as good as selling your home for its full asking price on the open market. Most people don’t need a service like this.

“But for those who can’t sell their property, or are getting divorced and need an urgent sale to escape a difficult situation, this service is a life saver. Some of the feedback I’ve had from the people I’ve worked with has been amazing. It’s a relief to be able to finally move on with your life.

“One client was a reluctant landlord after a parent died and he was stuck with a rundown house he couldn’t sell nor rent out. Can you imagine what a positive impact it has made on his life and his finances for us to take away the hassle of that property for him?

In 1997, Freddie set up what is now the UK’s largest domestic cleaning franchise Time For You. He has 165 franchisees who clean more than 12,000 homes across the UK and Ireland.
