As part of a strategic planning exercise undertaken in late 2011, Future embarked on a review of their IT requirements to ensure it could support their aggressive expansion plans. The main requirement was to have a desktop operating platform that was simple to administer, provided good value for money and was highly agile and adaptable.

It was vitally important for Future Finance that all of their existing data was seamlessly migrated with minimal service interruption. Calligo undertook a test migration before embarking on the cut over at a weekend. Email migrations, traditionally, can be challenging, but Calligo’s tools and expertise ensured all email, including folders, sent items, contacts and calendar entries, were flawlessly migrated without any end user impact. Working with Future Finance’s team, Calligo understood their requirements and supported them as the transition took place. From start to finish, the process only took 2 days.
