Crocus Consulting (www.crocus-consulting.com), a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork, has upgraded PeopleSoft Financials for Pacific Life Re Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific LifeCorp, the parent company of Pacific Life Insurance Company. Pacific Life Re offers a comprehensive range of wholesale life risk management products and services in the UK, Ireland, Asia and North America.
The accounts payable and general ledger upgrade was from PeopleSoft Financials version 8.8 to version 9.1. It was performed through Crocus Consulting’s unique Upgrade Lab facility. This allows organisations to complete upgrades, on a remote copy of their system, without impacting normal working practices.
Crocus Consulting delivered the upgraded system on a remote hosted hardware platform and continue to deliver support across Pacific Life Re’s three time zones for offices in Europe, Toronto and Singapore.
