Breaking news from Buckingham Palace as Her Majesty the Queen has given consent for the 40,000 piece Diamond Jubilee Puzzle, being cut by Weymouth craftsman Dave Evans, to be exhibited at her private residence in Sandringham throughout the summer.

The very first cut of this magnificent 40,000 piece puzzle will take place at Brewer’s Quay on Wednesday 20th March 2013 at 12 midday, on an EX-30 Excalibur Scoll Saw, supplied by Axminster Tool Centre who are the main sponsor of this incredible feat. It is hoped that a new Guinness World Record will be achieved for the largest hand cut puzzle in the world. The puzzle will feature images of the various street parties, festivals and events, plus the incredible Thames flotilla pageant, that took place in 2012, during the Queen’s very successful Jubilee year.
