IML Australia is delighted to announce that it has been awarded two National Meetings and Events Australia (MEA) Awards including the highly coverted MEA Platinum Award for Excellence. This national award is the most prestigious that can be awarded to an organisation in the highly competitive Australian events and meetings industry.

The Awards were presented to IML (which has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland) in front of 500 event industry professionals from across Australia on Tuesday 7th May at special Awards Evening hosted at the Darwin Convention Centre.

The Platinum Award is given to the highest scoring awards submission across all Award categories.

For its submission to the Awards, IML Australia had to provide extensive information for scrutiny on all aspects of its business. This included a profile of the business, case studies of individual events, how the organisation works together, challenges faced throughout the year right through to career development within the company.
