The new website details exactly what the company does, and is designed to demonstrate each stage of the process, from diagnostics to full pre-MOT services.

“Leaving your car at a garage can be a big inconvenience,” explains Duncan. “Not only are you without your car for the day, but you also have no idea what the technicians are actually doing. Our aim is to keep you fully informed from the moment you book a service with us, and throughout the entire process. The easiest way to do that is to do the service at your home or place of work where the customer can see exactly what we’re doing for themselves,” he adds.
The website also has some useful information to show customers exactly what should be done both on an interim and full service with their handy ‘Check List’.
Every car over three years old has to have an MOT every year to check its roadworthiness. However, it can be easy to forget when your MOT is due. The website gets around that problem by sending a reminder when your MOT is due. Customers simply fill in the online form and a free MOT test reminder is then sent direct to their email inbox. “It’s designed to help make motoring easier for all our customers, whether they use us for their servicing or not,” explains Duncan.
“Like everything else on the site, it’s focused on the customer, not the company. We’ve taken a new approach to our website, and rather than use it as an advertising platform in the traditional sense, we’ve used it to provide our customers with the information they want in clear, no-nonsense language. The car servicing industry has a poor reputation when it comes to the way that it communicates with its customers. We aim to change that with a website that speaks our client’s language and gives them the reassurance that they want,” he concludes.
