Invitation to meet BulletIN.net and Mail.com on 12 July to discuss the day's announcement.

I would like to invite you to meet BulletIN.net Ltd and mail.com on Wednesday 12 July in London to discuss the announcement they will make on that day.

BulletIN.net Ltd provides software to allow ordinary digital mobile telephone users (as well as WAP users) to receive and send internet email messages, and provides filters so that you only receive the messages you want.

Currently this is available in the UK to Vodafone subscribers, and there are over 100,000 subscribers worldwide supported by six offices.

BulletIN.net recently announced it had received $15 million in first round venture funding. This allowed the company to complete a buy-out from parent company TWS, Inc and leaves sufficient funds to expand its advanced wireless Internet messaging services into new markets as well as broaden its Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) product line.

The UK office comprises a young, energetic, ambitious team headed by Mike Holland who is sure to provide many interesting quotes. For more information see www.bulletin.net.

Mail.com is a global provider of web-based email direct to consumers, ISPs, web sites and companies. Mail.com has partnerships with several of the world's largest ISPs, including Bell Atlantic, Earthlink, GTE, Juno, and Prodigy Internet as well as with top branded Web sites, including NBCi, Alloy Online, iWon.com, CNET, Snap.com and DellNet.com. The company's first quarter 2000 results highlights included that Mail.com's revenue soared 739% to $10 million from $1.2 million in the first quarter of 1999. Check www.mail.com for more information.

Our plan is to meet a handful of selected journalists during the day in two formats. During the morning and afternoon we would like to set up just a few one to one meetings for journalists who prefer that format. At lunchtime we hope to set up a small press conference with up to seven journalists at one of the top London Indian restaurants. If you would like to indicate your provisional interest then I will confirm details once I have them. We plan to introduce BulletIN.net and Mail.com, make our announcement, talk about the implications of it, provide a technical backgrounder and demonstration, and then take questions.

The following people will be available during the day to answer any questions you may have:
 Ian Campbell, Technology Manager, Europe, Middle East & Africa, BulletIN .net Ltd
 Belinda Foster, European Administration Manager, BulletIN.net Ltd
 Mike Holland, Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa, BulletIN.net Ltd
 Keith Horsted, Regional Manager, BulletIN.net Ltd
 Samuel J. Kline, Chief Operating Officer, Mail.com
 Kathryn LeNormand, Vice President Wireless Business Development, Mail.com
 Marlin Nelson, President, BulletIN.net Inc.

Also, if you are a Vodafone user we will be happy to set up the BulletIN service for you so you can try it for yourself.

If you are interested in attending either the one-to-one meetings or the press conference and indian meal, then please do let me know as spaces will be limited. Just reply to to john@media-crystal.co.uk or phone 01723 507173 letting me know whether you'd like an individual appointment in the morning, an individual appointment in the afternoon, or to attend the lunchtime press conference.

I look forward to meeting you on the day.

Yours sincerely

John Allsopp, for The Media Crystal Ltd
