IT infrastructure and technology integrator grows sales and marketing team and opens demo centre at Bracknell HQ
Bracknell, Berkshire 11 December 2013 – As part of the company’s growth and expansion strategy, IT infrastructure and technology integrator, Keltec has appointed Paul Lloyd as Sales and Marketing Director. In his new position, and with the support of new marketing manager Harminder Ramanay, Lloyd will play a key role in developing Keltec’s client base and partner relationships. He will also be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team. Lloyd brings with him more than 20 years’ experience selling a wide range of IT business solutions and managing regional sales teams.
A qualified coach, Lloyd is a registered trainer for CompTIA and trains channel partners and vendors. Simon Pemberton, Managing Director at Keltec, explained, “Paul’s coaching background means that he’s an excellent business executive and leader. His abilities in sales leadership and years of channel experience are key to help us achieve our business goals.”
Lloyd previously held senior business development roles at organisations such as Treemount and BitDefender and has also worked for a number of security resellers including Informatix, Clearswift, Cisilion and Fujitsu. In these organisations, he ran the UK and Eire business for two years; achieving 30 per cent business growth during his tenure.
Reporting directly to Lloyd is Keltec’s new customer acquisition team is based out of the company’s Birmingham office. For more than 16 years, Keltec has worked with customers to help them achieve business efficiency through optimum IT solutions and infrastructures, aligned with business objectives. As part of the company’s commitment to support these clients and in response to its growing customer base throughout the country, this team will be dedicated to continue growing market share within the SMB space.
