The cloud-based CRM system will be sold to Outbox customers in the UK, Germany and Eastern Europe.
Outbox customers, who range from telcos to banks, will now be able to choose fixed scope implementations of Oracle Sales Cloud (formerly known as Oracle Fusion CRM). Such implementations can include Outbox’s QuickStart service where Outbox uses Oracle’s own iterative approach to implementation to get businesses up and running on Oracle Sales Cloud in as little as eight weeks to cover a range of functionality including:
• Enablement and configuration of Oracle Territory and Quota Management
• Enablement and configuration of Oracle Contact and Lead Management
• Enablement and configuration of Oracle Sales Forecasting
• Enablement of pre-defined reports and dashboards
• Enablement and configuration of Customer Center
• Data import to Oracle Sales Cloud
• Configuration and mapping of pre-defined user roles to customer organization
• Enablement and configuration of Social Collaboration
• Enablement and configuration of CRM desktop
In addition, Outbox will offer post-implementation services for Oracle Sales Cloud such as Order Capture, Co-existence, Integration and Migration services. The new offerings complement existing Outbox services for Oracle Marketing Cloud, which encompasses Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow).
