***OS Integration's eBusiness Consulting Practice will be the first UK
Internet Professional Services company to deliver Microsoft.NET
solutions to
its clients***

26 July, 2000: London, England OS Integration has today announced its
support for the Microsoft .NET platform, calling it a "revolution" for
future business interaction. The platform encompasses a breed of new
technologies and standards designed to enable companies to embrace the
generation of Internet business.

David Da Silva, Head of eBusiness Consulting at OS Integration said: "We
very excited about Microsoft's initiative with the .NET platform. From
done with Microsoft on the Partner Rapid Deployment Programme (PRDP), we
have redefined our 'Architecture for eBusiness' methodology to include
technologies such as the new cornerstone products BizTalk Server 2000,
Commerce Server 2000 and Visual Studio.NET. This architecture will form
basis for delivering powerful eBusiness strategies for our clients into
foreseeable future."

Colin Bird, Chief Technology Officer, OS Integration said: "This is the
step in the evolution of the Internet. We are now seeing products being
developed for the open interaction of data and processes between
rather than products designed for specific systems. Internet standards
as XML and SOAP are beginning to shape the future of eBusiness."

Bird continues: "By working with Microsoft to develop this technology,
have been able to provide our clients with the necessary building blocks
make their eCommerce goals become a reality. We expect this platform
herald a revolution in the way businesses will transact with each other,
we are delighted to be at the forefront of this change with Microsoft.
.NET platform enables us to implement a much higher functionality
within very short timeframes. This means that instead of spending lots
time and energy on the technical details of making systems work
.NET will allow us to concentrate on providing real added value
such as integrating back-end systems with partners and suppliers."

OS Integrations access to leading edge technologies via the Microsoft
combines with its e-nablers(tm) methodology and eBusiness experience to
allow its clients to stay ahead of their competition.

Mike Altendorf, Managing Director at OS Integration said: "The .NET
enables greater integration of eCommerce applications across our
organisations. We can deliver business-to-business and
solutions fast via the Internet, as well as across new mobile WAP and
PC devices. We are looking to the .NET platform to deliver added value
our clients' eCommerce solutions, and are already working with Bristol &
West, the Bank of Ireland and Enron in this area."
