Leaders in international relocation, Interdean, have commented on the news that England’s National Football Team have arrived in Brazil with a week to acclimatize before their first game against fellow Europeans, Italy.

According to an article that was published on the BBC sport page, the England National Football Team have touched down safely in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil after their final friendly match prior to the World Cup. According to the article the England team will be staying in the Royal Tulip Hotel just south of Rio de Janeiro’s city centre and will commence their pre World Cup training on a secure military base not far from the monolithic sugar loaf mountain.

During their pre Cup friendlies in Miami England managed to draw their matches against both Ecuador and Honduras in surprisingly passionate competition, questions will be asked about the England squad’s ability to play in increased heat and humidity. Will the squad be able to pull off a win in these conditions?

International shipping experts, Interdean, take a great interest in global events and a spokesperson for the company has commented on the news:

‘When you initially go to another country, aside from the jetlag and immediate effects of travel, there is an ongoing acclimatisation required that covers all the effects of culture and climate and each of us react in slightly varying ways. When the England Team touch down, they will be required to adjust quickly to the temperature for them to perform at their peak – they are accustomed to playing throughout the winter months in England. In the tropics of Brazil the circumstances are much different as is the food and the general culture.

‘When a person moves to Brazil they will experience all these things but should allow time to adjust so that they aren’t thrust into work or school. Taking some time to acclimatise allows you to better understand the new environment, and gives you time to enjoy your new home.’
