launched Reach-UTM, a powerful direct-marketing platform that is set to pioneer the development of permission
marketing on mobile devices.

Developed in Finland, Reach-U is set to add another dimension to mobile marketing systems. Currently permission
marketing systems allow marketeers to deliver messages to mobile phones, however Reach-U adds a new interactive
capability by allowing consumers to immediately respond to adverts.

Reach-U therefore gives brand managers the ability to enter into a two-way, dynamic relationship with consumers in a

such as GPRS, WAP, UMTS and emerging interactive television standards and will be able to feature location-based
services.

In response to the increasing use of text messages (with over 8 billion text messages sent globally each month),
mobile marketing is poised to become the dominate element in the marketing mix. Reach-U provides marketeers with
