The response follows news that preparations for the RSA Conference in Singapore are almost complete as world leaders in IT security descend on the region to share knowledge on the industry’s most pressing issues.

The conference is one of the biggest of its kind and is expected to attract some of the most influential names in IT security. Attendees will use it as a platform to strengthen relationships between companies and to gain different perspectives on the major issues the industry faces.

With the successes Singapore has enjoyed as a home for multiple businesses from a variety of industries, it seemed to be an obvious choice for the conference’s location.

Held in the country’s Marina Bay Sands, professionals from all over the world will be able to conduct their business in the world’s most expensive building. Constructed by Las Vegas Sands, it is thought to have cost a reported $4.7 billion dollars. It is widely received as one of the most luxurious destinations in the world.

The IT Security is the latest in a long line of high profile industries to choose Singapore as their new conference headquarters. With businesses from all over the world opening offices there, it is now the most attractive commercial destination in Asia.

Experts in international relocation, Interdean, have released a statement in reaction to the news. ‘Singapore is no longer simply a favourite within the Asian continent.
