We just wanted to give our members the opportunity to tell more people about the good work we do!

The Pentecostal Credit Union (TPCU) has announced the launch of their new member referral program, which rewards existing members when they refer someone who successfully opens an account with the credit union. Members of the Pentecostal Credit Union will each receive £25 credited to their account credit for every five successful referrals that lead to new accounts being opened.

The Pentecostal Credit Union member referral program aims to reward members who are already actively spreading the word about the great work the credit union does – and encourage more members to do so.

“We’ve always been aware how many of our members’ value and trust what the Pentecostal Credit Union does. We just wanted to give our members the opportunity to tell more people about the good work we do!” said Leslie Laniyan, Chair.

According to a study by The Nielsen Company in 2009, ninety percent of consumers say they put the most faith in recommendations from people they know about companies, services and products. The power of recommendations can be one of the most trusted ways of generating business.

A good majority of the Pentecostal Credit Union’s membership already recommend the organisation to friends, family members and a colleague, so rewarding their members for referrals is the perfect win-win for everyone.
