Still in love with crochet and haute couture at 84, knitwear Fashion icon MADY GERRARD launches her fashion website this week.

Proving that it is never too late to embrace e-commerce and just how important it is to follow your heart, Mady launches www.madygerrardfashion.com this Valentine’s Day.

Born in Hungary, Mady has based herself in Cardiff, Canada and New York and has produced haute couture items for numerous high profile clients. In 1974, Mady was the proud recipient of an American Design Award for Creative Achievement in the women's knitwear industry. She has also graced the pages of Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue.

Mady is now based in rural Monmouthshire, South Wales and continues to have a strong passion for her craft, producing beautiful, timeless garments and accessories for those with discerning taste and a strong eye for colour and fashion.
