Geographical expansion, funding and strong business growth demonstrating actionable customer profiles key to personalisation
Stockholm and London, 30th June, 2015 — Innometrics, providers of Profile Cloud, the platform for creating actionable customer intelligence for multichannel organisations, today announces the creation of its 150 millionth customer profile. These profiles are enabling brands to personalise their customers’ experience in real-time.
Since securing $5 million in Series A funding a year ago, Innometrics has experienced strong business growth leading to this dramatic increase in customer profile creation. The company has also used the funding to improve its Profile Cloud platform and expand internationally.
Strong business growth
Innometrics works with more than 100 brands and 400 websites internationally. New customers include Saxo, Ticket and Dansk Supermarked in the Nordics and since opening a UK office in 2014, TEN Pilates, Maybourne Hotel Group (owner of Claridge’s, Connaught Rooms and The Mayfair), and Hillary’s have joined the customer roster.
Innometrics has also doubled its business with existing clients as the implementation of Profile Cloud has led to better web personalisation, increased conversion rates (online and offline) and allowed customers to manage multichannel campaigns in real-time all within very short timeframes.

A 3.3M SEK Innovation Grant from a Swedish government agency is being used by Innometrics to develop the ability for companies to predict customer behaviour using a wide range of customer data. This predictive capability will allow companies to further improve their communication towards consumers in real-time and will be unveiled before the end of 2015.
Swedish-born Innometrics opened its first international office in London, UK a year ago. This geographical expansion is set to continue with the company looking to expand into the US market next.
