We have had a fantastic start to 2015 and are really busy putting on more sessions and working with more schools than ever before

Ball Sports Community Coaching, a Telford-based company offering holiday sports camps and school coaching programmes across Shropshire, has entered into a sponsorship deal with National Windscreens. National Windscreens has agreed to provide youths taking part in Ball Sports’ sporting events with new custom sportswear. The new shirts generously provided by National Windscreens come with the logos of both companies printed on the shirts.

Owner of Ball Sports Community Coaching, Neil Prescott, commented on the new partnership, saying: “We have had a fantastic start to 2015 and are really busy putting on more sessions and working with more schools than ever before. Having the support of such a well-known company like National Windscreens is great and has enabled us to invest in new kits which our members get as part of their Ball Sports package.”

James Smallman, one of the owners of National Windscreens, has said that he looks forward to working with Ball Sports. “While exhibiting at various county events we had seen the hard work and dedication of the Ball Sports team and most importantly the fun the children were having with them,” Mr Smallman told the press. “We wanted to sponsor them at a crucial time as they are winning new contracts at schools across the area, and we hope to help with their business development. I was a ‘young’ businessman once and I know the importance of support from local businesses.”

Team Colours, a UK manufacturer and supplier of custom sportswear, takes a keen interest in industry news such as this. A spokesperson for the company commented on the deal, saying: “It’s always good to see corporate sponsorships like this. Promoting youth sports in the UK is incredibly important for training the next generation of British athletes.

“Companies seen taking the time to invest in the community can foster a lot of consumer loyalty. By using the right service, the kids can get high quality custom sportswear to enjoy, and the sponsors get easy high quality advertising of their product across the area as teams play away events. Corporate sponsorship of youth sports clubs is a win-win situation for everybody.”
