REHABWORKS, a leading provider of injury management and rehabilitation services throughout the UK, has today announced its acquisition of Right Corecare Ltd (Trading as Right Management WorkplaceWellness).
The deal sees RehabWorks bring a leading Employee Assistance Programme and corporate wellbeing provider within its business for the first time, helping to further confirm its position as a major player in wellness solutions for the corporate world.
Collectively, the two businesses will now boast some 162 staff, with headquarters to continue at RehabWorks’ Bury St Edmunds offices in Suffolk, and with a number of centres spread from Glasgow to Southampton.
Having previously worked together as joint partners with clients to deliver health and wellbeing programmes, the formal acquisition allows for enhanced delivery capability and the acceleration of an ambitious growth plan.
