A new publication for the UK’s Asian Catering Industry

The British Curry Club is set to launch a brand new trade publication this spring. Asian Restaurateur magazine promises to become the essential business tool to all Asian Caterers; offering industry news, interviews and advice from top chefs and restaurateurs, as well as business boosting ideas from the world of food and drink.

The main target audience incudes Chinese, Bangladeshi, Indian, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Sri-Lankan, Nepalese, and Pakistani restaurants. Asian Restaurateur aims to be a business tool for the sector to receive, new and vital industry news, plus marketing of products and services.

The first issue of Asian Restaurateur promises diverse content, both useful and implementable. Containing interviews with chefs with tips for businesses, that are implementable, there are also features providing information on legislation that will affect staffing decisions, plus guidance articles on best practice.

The magazine is set to launch at the Hotelympia 2016 show, which is running from 29th February to 3rd March at Excel, London. The show is the UK’s largest foodservice and hospitality event and essential for any professional wanting to gain access to the latest products and thinking. It is the place to be to source new products and ideas from the great volume and variety of suppliers. As well as the latest product innovations covering equipment, food and drink, interiors & tableware, and technology; Hotelympia is set to unveil a variety of new exhibitors, attractions and business opportunities.
