Dallas, TX November 15, 2000 Bynari Inc., the exclusive provider of
cross-platform, Open Standards-based messaging and collaboration
software for bridging the gap between Microsoft-based desktops and
Unix/ Linux-based workstations in the enterprise, today introduced a
greatly enhanced version of its TradeXCH client software application.
TradeXCH (pronounced "Trade Exchange") is an easy to use and robust
application which provides collaboration, messaging and calendar
management functionality similar to Microsoft Outlook for Unix and
Linux-based workstations and desktop systems.

With TradeXCH, customers can: send/receive email, and manage multiple
email accounts in a single mailbox; establish sophisticated filtering
rules for incoming email; track and share business contacts utilizing
robust contact management tools; share files/folders with colleagues;
maintain multiple address books; share calendar and automatically
request/ schedule meetings; and track action items on a built-in "to do"
list. TradeXCH supports a number of messaging protocols, enabling a
wide range of platforms to work together and supporting open
communications across the enterprise. TradeXCH is immediately available
for desktops/ workstations running X86 processor versions of Linux, and
will be available soon for Solaris Sparc, Solaris X86, HP-UX and SCO
UnixWare 7.1.

"Our new release of TradeXCH raises the bar in the arena of
interoperability and GroupWare capabilities for mixed networks of
Microsoft Windows and UNIX users," said Mike O'Dell, Chief Executive
Officer of Bynari. "In this release we have integrated many of the
features requested by our beta test partners, enhanced our
interoperability with Microsoft Outlook, and improved the reliability,
speed and resource utilization over our initial release of the product
two months ago. We believe this product addresses the critical need in
businesses today for an open, cross-platform, standards -based
collaboration capability."

The new release enhances the graphical user interface and adds a number
of features, which improve ease of use and user productivity. New
features available now include: robust message search capabilities,
with simple or Boolean filtering on multiple message fields or keywords;
enhanced message management, including request reply date, message
expiration date and message sensitivity/security classification; and
enhanced message filtering rules with filtering on multiple message
fields. Additionally, the Bynari server component, which enables
integration and collaboration with Microsoft Outlook clients, has been
enhanced to run as a Windows NT operating system service. The improved
server installation tools and new automatic MAPI profile generation
capability greatly simplify the system administration task.
