By implementing the Blue Martini Customer Interaction System, theEX.IT will be able to record registered customers’ interests and shopping behaviour, and then provide a more personalised and convenient experience through any customer touchpoint whether online or bricks and mortar. The advanced content management features provided by the Blue Martini Customer Interaction System help theEX.IT to easily manage and constantly refresh a database of more than 500 products.
The shopping category contains a selection of the finest articles from United Colors of Benetton, Undercolors, Colors, Sisley and Playlife, chosen especially for those who live active, dynamic lifestyles and are aware of technological advances. By the end of November, the site offering will be expanded in Europe to sportswear and equipment featuring the group’s internationally known brands that include Nordica, Rollerblade, Killer Loop and Prince.
