(23rd November, 00. Slough, Berkshire) Mid Market enterprises are choosing the eCRM solution, SalesLogix, in
preference over other similar products. Interact Commerce, owners of SalesLogix, recently reported the signing
of its 3000th customer. This brings the total number of companies that use the product to more than two and a
half times more than the next eCRM solution.

In the last three months, 107 new SalesLogix customers have been acquired. Gary Holland, sales director for
Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Interact Commerce said; "CRM software has to be practicable for
companies. Most businesses cannot justify spending many months, sometimes years, deploying software;
they need rapid return on the investment they make.

"SalesLogix delivers this return on investment, typically taking just three months to install the solution. Its
modular design, and high degree of scalability make it ideal for large and mid market enterprises alike."

Late last month SalesLogix reached its 3,000th customer, with new European companies such as Norwich
Union, Perrier, Hitachi and Philips contributing to that milestone. The first 1000 seat installation in the Asia
Pacific region has also been announced with the introduction of SalesLogix in Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd,
China's largest telecommunications manufacturer.

Earlier this year, Interact Commerce introduced additional language versions of SalesLogix. The introduction of
the software in French, German, Italian and Spanish was part of a broader program of expansion in Europe.
Offices in Germany and Spain have recently been opened to support expansion in these territories.

Third-quarter results for Interact Commerce have recently been released. Revenues were $29.5 million this year,
up 191 percent from $10.1 million for the same quarter of 1999. Total license revenues - including both
SalesLogix and ACT! product licenses - were $23.5 million, up 255 percent from $6.6 million a year ago. Services
revenues were $6.0 million, up 72 percent from $3.5 million for the same quarter of 1999.

Interact Commerce expects revenue for the fourth quarter to be approximately five to six per cent higher than
the third quarter, estimating total revenues for 2000 to be $107.5 million.
