Central Europe’s Largest B2B Exchange to go live in first quarter 2001
Reading, UK, 22 November 2000-- Clarus Corporation (NASDAQ: CLRS), a leading business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce software solution provider, today announced an agreement with Deloitte & Touche to power CEprocurement.com, an Internet-based digital marketplace. Deloitte & Touche Central Europe has chosen Clarus Corporation to provide the software platform for this Central European business to business exchange.
CEprocurement.com will be the first regional B2B exchange of its kind, initially focusing on Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic. It will provide a fully localised purchasing and procurement marketplace, offering a wide portfolio of goods and services including office supplies, recruitment services, maintenance and repair items, car rentals and travel services.
