Agreement Enhances GRIC's Position as the
Leading International Remote Internet Access Provider

London, December 6 - UK business dial-up customers of XO Communications,
formerly Concentric Network and Internet Technology Group, will be able to
experience a virtual office environment easily and inexpensively when
travelling thanks to a global remote Internet access agreement with GRIC
Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: GRIC), the leading provider of multiple
value-added Internet services.

"Following our successful partnership in the US and with the continuing
growth of global travel and telecommuting, remote Internet access is
considered a key service for XO Communications' business customers,"
commented Steve Bailey, UK managing director, XO Communications. "GRIC's
global coverage, quality connections, local support and competitive
pricing
reflect our commitment to deliver the best service we can to our
subscribers."

Under the terms of the agreement, XO Communications will offer the
GRICtraveler(tm) global remote Internet access service to its small and
medium enterprise and professional dial-up customers in the UK. XO
Communications customers will now have access to their company's Intranet,
documents, applications, and the Web via secure, reliable remote Internet
connections in more than 150 countries and thousands of cities worldwide.
The service is made possible through the GRIC Alliance Network(tm), a
worldwide network of more then 400 major service providers and
telecommunications companies. This means that when XO Communications
subscribers access the Internet from abroad they connect through a local
phone number and do not waste time and money calling their home ISP,
thereby
making it easier to maintain productivity while travelling.

"This agreement, with one of the UK's leading ISPs, continues to build
GRIC's strong presence in Europe. Customers of XO Communications using
GRICtraveler will be well served by the extensive network of POPs offered
by
the GRIC Alliance," said Maxime Gérard, managing director, EMEA, GRIC
Communications. "XO Communications provides award-winning services, and
its
decision to join the GRIC Alliance Network in the UK allows it to add
additional value to its subscribers."
