value-add on to the Sniffer network analysis and management solution
ensuring problems from a variety of sources can be managed quickly and

Available through partners Axial Systems, the Sniffer HelpDesk, in
essence, is a turnkey problem management tool combining the best of
Sniffer and Magic Total Service Desk. The worst problems on a network
(problems defined by the customer such as reoccurences or duplicate IP
addresses etc) get filtered through Event Orchestrator (Windows NT
server-based) and are raised against the
relevant client and ticketed back to the service desk. The open ticket
identifies any problem and in conjunction with Sniffer provides an
"expert" sympton and diagnosis to help prevent any issues before they
impact on users'
