Leading UK Estate Agency signs up with Bango to provide its customers with
easier access to home information while mobile
Partnership brings unique home-buying benefits to
Carter Jonas customers

Bango.net, developers of the Bango Number System for easy web and WAP
access, announced today its most recent partnership with leading UK estate
agency Carter Jonas. The technology will allow home buyers access to
property information via the mobile internet, making house-hunting easy
and convenient. Through the alliance, Carter Jonas customers will have
access to technology from Bango.net, which delivers new WAP services,
giving instant property details online.

The technology, which will empower not only home buyers but also vendors,
bypasses a common problem that estate agents are often plagued by - losing
customers due to an inability to provide details out-of-hours and whilst
people are on the move. And for buyers will help to overcome a lack of
access to up-to-the-minute information on properties.

"Anyone who has ever bought a home is familiar with the frustration of
finding the right place in what little time you have," explained Jonathan
Pearson of Carter Jonas, Cambridge. "Most people work and their time is
limited. They may happen to drive by a place that is available, yet due
to schedule conflicts, they may not be able to have a personal tour or get
access to information until they get home. Bango.net’s technology gives
our customers the ability to access information on a potential house from
their PC, their handheld computer, even their mobile phone at anytime, day
or night. It saves time and helps narrow down the search.

"We also had to consider clients that are selling their homes through us.
With Bango.net’s technology, our clients will be able to provide
prospective buyers with up-to-date information on the property they are
trying to sell, without needing reams of paper. This is a huge benefit to
them."

"Our partnership with Carter Jonas is a prime example of Bango.net’s
ability to provide its unique technology to a variety of organisations
through exciting applications," explained Bango.net VP of marketing Peter
Walker. "Although our patented technology is complex, it is flexible
enough to serve a host of industries. At the heart of the technology is a
common denominator " to provide fast, easy pinpointed information on the
net. The result is that everyone, from home buyers to large enterprises,
can benefit."

Bango.net, is the pioneer of the Bango Number System - the first ever web
address system that is number rather than letter-based. This system allows
easier input and the pinpointing of exact web information through any
access device, including PCs, WAP phones, interactive TVs or handhelds.
