The AA has been working with ID Data for over a year and has now decided to switch to the Company for their entire card supply and personalisation for Personal Membership, the mainstay of the organisation’s business. Aside from the seven million mag-stripe cards carrying encoded customer information, ID Data are also supplying the AA with sophisticated mail sorting, database reporting and text management services for the association’s high-level direct mailing requirements. On average, this is around 150,000 packs a week mailed to customers, containing a letter and/or carrier with up to four cards and six inserts.
