Award-winning magazine National Geographic Traveller (UK) will host a one-day series of travel writing and photography masterclasses on 1 July 2018 at London’s University of Westminster.
Tickets are priced at just £40.
Following the success of the National Geographic Traveller Festival and its one-off workshops, The Masterclasses will focus on travel writing and photography, with the aim of arming attendees with all the practical know-how they need to get published.
The National Geographic Traveller team, along with leading travel writers and award-winning photographers, will be on hand throughout this jam-packed day of sessions to offer tips, tales, advice and anecdotes, from how to find inspiration for a story, to a first-timer’s guide to pitching.
Pat Riddell, editor, said: “The most popular and in-demand sessions at the Festival last year were those that included practical advice from our expert photographers and writers, so it made sense to expand and offer the opportunity for everyone to fully embrace the National Geographic Traveller ethos. {{From conception to realisation, the Masterclasses will fuel attendees’ passion and knowledge of the industry}}.”
