Siclops LIVE to speed up response times and improve service levels

9 June 2015 – Advanced Field Service (Advanced) announces the launch of Siclops LIVE, a next generation cloud version of its leading field service management solution, Siclops. The system provides SMEs and large, multi-site companies with real-time visibility of their clients, jobs and engineers to increase efficiency and profitability levels.

Siclops LIVE’s cloud-based functionality means it is a scalable and more affordable option for businesses operating across multiple sites, saving investment in expensive IT infrastructures.
