7 Dec 2005, London - ProgrammLine, one of Russia’s fastest growing technology solutions providers, opened its global HQ in London this week. CEO Elliott Mueller has an all British team running the HQ with a further office in the USA, in Chicago. ProgrammLine has development centres based in Russia and has worked with clients all over the world including L’Oreal, Toyota, Samsung and GSK (GlaxoSmithKline).
ProgrammLine designs, develops and implements custom software applications, plus software integration and SAP support services. They offer a rare combination of offshore software development together with local project management and high quality programming talent at fixed prices.
‘Typically, a large investment was needed to set up a local in-house team to manage any offshore supplier and that cuts into the cost savings which were the reasons for going offshore in the first place,’ said Elliott Mueller, CEO of ProgrammLine. ‘What ProgrammLine offers unlike anyone else is the highest quality coding and integration with the whole project managed by a local team. This local management together with fixed pricing means our clients get the best work together with the best cost savings that offshore programming can offer.’
As a wholly owned subsidiary of the leading Russian systems integrator, Microtest Holdings, ProgrammLine offers customers a high degree of financial stability and access to human and capital resources. Microtest is rated as one of Russia’s top ten IT companies. The company also works with other leading global IT partners such as SAP, Accenture and Cognos.
ProgrammLine has worked with many clients all over the world including a project with Toyota to develop a Cognos Enterprise Planning and Budgeting system. The continued increase in car manufacturing has presented Toyota with a number of challenges including keeping pace with financial planning and customer service.
‘Providing the best possible customer service for all our dealers and customers through accurate financial planning is a constant challenge for Toyota as we are growing rapidly,’ said Sergey Perevezentev, the Head of the Project Management Department of Toyota Motor Inc. ‘However, teaming up with ProgrammLine’s specialists has enabled us to solve our problems and build a better business.’
The new global HQ based in Chiswick, London, is headed up by Elliott Mueller, chief executive officer; Sean Burke, executive vice president of global sales; Gordon Taylor, vice president of consulting and Dan Thomas, business development director.
