Bamburgh Capital launches new Investor Relations service

Bamburgh Capital, an independent corporate advisory business, is excited to announce the recruitment of Jessica Metcalf, previously Head of Investor Relations at WH Ireland, as Head of Investor Relations. Jessica joins newly launched subsidiary company Bamburgh Capital Investor Relations which will work with UK Listed companies to provide access to new potential shareholders and to enhance their communication with existing shareholders. The service will be offered nationally from an initial base in Leeds and will offer access to investors in both London and the UK regions.

Direct investor communication has become increasingly important following the introduction of the MIFID II regulations in January of this year.
