It seems that businesses cannot afford their top managers to take time out from the office to join traditional learning courses. To meet the needs of Britain’s top performing executives in major organisations, Dr Michael Carroll has launched a new ‘just in time’ learning service called Hotspot Learning.

Hotspot Learning fits easily into a normal working day and offers a menu of subjects, which are based directly on the preferences or ‘hotspots’ of individual managers. Delivered by Carroll, the in- house group sessions last for just two hours each but are intense, highly structured and challenging learning experiences that focus on people issues which the managers are currently facing.
